Situated in the heart of the beautiful Test Valley, East Tytherley, with its 13th century church, typifies the area. This Victorian cottage is situated close to peaceful on and off road cycle routes and the area is criss-crossed with footpaths and bridleways.

Close by there are many places of interest including Stockbridge - home of salmon fishing on the River Test and the historic National Trust property Mottisfont Abbey with its famous Rose Garden and huge Plane tree.
